I have been on a journey in this life.

in every sense of the word.

Life has been a lot for me to handle. And that is an understatement.

I've been through depths I wasn't sure I'd make it out of. And didn't want to make it out of at many times...

But I'm still kickin', & have experienced some Majorly Impactful epiphanies, integrations, methods & tools along the way which have helped me heal & evolve Physically, Mentally, Emotionally, & all the ways. And I use all that I have become to be a Vessel of service to others in whatever ways I am called & able to.

I am a Musician - an allower of music from the cosmos to move through my bones. It has been my language & my therapy for as long as I can remember . Music downloads through me with powerful messages & energies that are infused into the songs that I write, record & produce for various Journeys & experiences which have been transformative for myself & others. All of the vocals & sounds & every step of recording & production are encoded with frequencies of remembering + activating the Power within. Music is my passion & has transformed my pain to purpose, & it is my intention for it to do the same for other Humans.

I am certified as a breathwork facilitator & have practiced it & a wide array of energy tools myself for a decade, as well as guiding others on transformational breathwork Journeys & workshops set to the music that I create in various settings over recent years. Breath is the basis of what I offer, as I've found it to be the most powerful key to existence. I'm also trained in other energetic & hands-on methods to assist in healing, wellbeing & evolution.

I have a background in personal training & boxing training, & have used the elements of fitness & physical movement for myself & others to alchemize challenges & tap into reservoirs of power deep within.

But my Biggest & most Relevant Credential is Surviving my Existence. Which has not been easy. Yet has armed me with priceless Wisdom, Tools & Vibrations to share with the passionate intention of assisting others on their own Journey. To find a Way through & out of suffering into Meaning. And to tap into the Highest Human potential & capacity possible.

The Biggest evolutionary realization for me was that all of the things I need are already WITHIN me.

It took MANY years of Suffer & Struggle before I finally stopped outsourcing my power & looking for answers & solutions externally.

To realize & Generate POWER from within myself to heal, achieve, evolve & actualize my intentions is the Greatest Gift I have received. It is my Passion & Mission to help Awaken the REMEMBRANCE of the knowing of this Power within others, so they can tap into it & Experience the same for themselves....
