We're constantly looking

for all the things to do, take & follow to give us that advantage, that extra edge toward reaching our goals.

Unfortunately they often fall short, & it's many of those very things that actually end up unknowingly  hindering our efforts & causing more harm than benefit. 

And there's no end to the lists of everything we "need" & "should" be doing.

Until now.

There's one place we're totally missing to look that is detrimentally missing from training strategies = Understanding + Optimizing the Technology that We ARE.

BREATH IS THE KEY to Unlocking our highest life experience & potential. It is the source of our existence + the mechanism behind our functioning.

Breathwork & other inner tools for knowing how to consciously direct our Internal technology & energetic flow.

Once discovered + Activated, this becomes the most powerful catalyst for any & every goal.

No matter what kind of training or strategies you use,

Inner state is the foundation upon which all other approaches are built & rely.

Every strategy & form of training is applied to an operating system = the body/mind. If the system is not optimized, the effectiveness of those things is highly limited, if not futile. (Wasting so much time, energy & resources.)

Your awareness + utilization of your breath & conscious direction of your inner state (or lack thereof) directly either Elevates or Hinders your output & outcomes. Anything & everything you do or take can only be as effective as the level to which you have control over your internal technology system.

That is why this is a Non-Negotiable factor if reaching the highest capacity + potential is the goal.

>> Learn how to use your breath & control your inner state, because it is controlling you whether you realize it or not.

We're out there chasing every product, protocol, strategy & technology we can in attempt to optimize ourselves, when we don't even know how to utilize - much less optimize - the technology that we are.

>> Until we learn that, we will always be Limited. <<

It doesn't just happen during training.

There are 24 hours in a day,

and our bodies are active during All of them, either assisting us with our goals, or working against us - based on how we're habitually operating.

Breathing, & how it has become severely dysfunctional in most individuals, is a highly overlooked foundational key that sabotages or substantially limits performance & results without people even realizing.

There are ways of breathing & other specific things that can be done internally to create the Optimal Environment for your system to operate in, allowing you to Activate your full capacity.

>> Because you straight up cannot if you're not taking control of this.
